The use and start of the scooter must be exclusively underwater (please for no reason should the turbines be turned on out of the water as they heat up quickly).

The scooter must not be in direct contact with the sand under or outside the water as it damages the propellers.

The use of the scooter is only and exclusively for the hotel beach. You will not be able to take it off the property or take it on diving and/or snorkeling excursions.

For your safety, you should always carry the strap on your wrist and the scooter itself.

The battery life is 50 minutes to 1 hour. You agree that you will have a maximum time of 2 hours to use it from the moment of delivery to use up the battery.

If you exceed the delivery time limit, you will be charged 40.00 dollars (forty dollars 00/100 USD) for each extra hour, at the exchange rate of the day set by the hotel.

The cost for the damages of the scooter can amount up to the amount of 16,000.00 pesos (sixteen thousand pesos 00/100 MN). For this reason, we would appreciate it that the device is treated with great caution.
